- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Agent does not reply to emails or answer calls. Agent hangs up on people without finishing his obligations to receive payment or signatures. Assistants select bills to be due on Sundays. Called about ending services on Oct 6th and still being automatically deducted from bank account on Oct 24th. Insured the wrong address for eight months.
